The following deliverables were completed while working as an Interior Design Intern at a multidisciplinary hospitality design firm specializing in restaurants and hotels - Studio K Creative in Chicago, Illinois.
INSPIRATION
School Street Residence - Bathroom Elevation Studies
The clients found the image featured on the left and wanted to visualize their bathroom drawings with that install pattern.

CORE BTR is built to rent housing for young adults in urban environments. CORE WeHo is intended to be located within Nashville, Tennessee slated for install in 2024. The overall theme has western, bohemian and vintage influences. For this project I assisted with floor plan test fits and sourcing the accessories to match previous FFE selections.

CORE BTR is built to rent housing for students or young adults. Core Recipes is intended to be a look book and guide for any designer to understand the overall aesthetic and branding for each CORE theme. My niche was CORE Collegiate, following juxtaposing themes I created the following mood board during the concept phase of the project, as well as a magazine mockup for the final deliverable.
