Thom Residence
Objective:
Clients Nico and Peter live in a walk-up apartment in the historic Lincoln Park neighborhood. Their style is playful and eclectic with mid-century modern flair. Nico and Peter’s goals were to upgrade their living room to highlight the pre-existing stained glass windows, high ceilings and marble fireplace.
Design Development
